These workshops form Phase 1 of the Leading with Purpose Through Capability Program, equipping leaders with the tools to design purposeful roles, set clear expectations, and hire for the capabilities that drive performance.
Phase 1: Turning Roles into Purpose
Session 2: Right Expectations on Paper
Building on the role design work completed in Session 1, this workshop focuses on translating role clarity into a high-quality Position Description. Leaders will use their Role Mapping Canvas to develop clear role scope, outcomes, success measures, decision authorities and capability requirements. By the end of the session, leaders will have a practical, outcome-focused Position Description that can be used to set expectations, support hiring and guide performance conversations
