Copper Foil Experience Required!
Tuition plus supplies and glass; bring your own soldering tools.
Want to create some lovely holiday plants in stained glass that beautify your world? Even better, these lovelies don't require care or feeding! We think these projects look perfect for the holidays in red, white or green glass. But you get to choose! These are great projects for glassers with only a little experience, or for those with more practice looking for something to do with leftover glass.
When you register for class, we will send you the pattern for the petals. You cut, grind and foil the pieces at home. In the workshop you will learn to assemble these delightful stained glass poinsettias. We will make two flowers in class.
Please bring the following items that we will use in class (also available for purchase at Harmony):
- Soldering tools – iron, stand, flux cup & brush (or rent from Harmony for $8)
- Soldering supplies (solder, flux, patina)
- Safety Glasses (class glasses available for use)
Please wear long cotton pants and closed toe shoes, and bring safety glasses if you own them.
We require that you purchase any class tools and supplies here at Harmony when needed for your class. By doing so, you help ensure that your local stained glass store will be here as a place for fun and learning for many years to come.
If you would like to register with a Gift Certificate or Harmony store credit please call us at 281-998-3381.
