Join us at We Do Pickleball Hull for tournament action on our premium dedicated indoor pickleball courts. Part of our Winter Series running from Thursday 19 November to Sunday 6 December, this is your chance to face fresh opponents, test your teamwork and compete for prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place!

With just 8 pairs per event, spaces are limited. All match results will be submitted to DUPR.

THE FORMAT

With a full entry of eight pairs, you’ll compete in two groups of four, playing every pair in your group — three matches to get things started.

The top two pairs in each group progress to the main semi-finals, followed by the final or third-place playoff. The remaining pairs enter the plate semi-finals, followed by a plate final or placing match.

That means five matches for every pair, all played over the best of three sets, with something to compete for right through to your final point!

ENTRY

Only £17.50 per player — reduced to £12.50 when you enter by 31 October.

EACH PLAYER MUST ENTER AND PAY INDIVIDUALLY. BOTH PARTNERS MUST COMPLETE THEIR OWN BOOKING TO SECURE THE PAIR’S PLACE.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Bookings and payment: Each player must book and pay individually. A single booking covers one player, not a pair. Both partners must enter the same event.
2. Capacity: A maximum of eight pairs can take part in each doubles event.
3. Entry fees: Entry costs £12.50 per player for bookings completed by 31 October, and £17.50 per player thereafter.
4. Refunds: No refunds will be given after entry if you cancel, withdraw or fail to attend. If We Do Pickleball cancels the event, your entry fee will be refunded. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
5. Format: With a full entry of eight pairs, each pair will play five matches, all best of three sets. If the event is not full, the format and number of matches may be adjusted; entrants will be advised before play begins.
6. Rating categories: Pairs must enter according to the higher-rated player’s DUPR doubles rating at the time of entry. Ratings are not averaged. For below-3.0 events, both players must be rated below 3.0. If either player is rated 3.0 or above, the pair must enter the 3.0+ event. For example, a 2.8 player partnering a 3.2 player must enter the 3.0+ event.
7. Unrated players: If either player does not have a DUPR rating, please contact us before booking so we can confirm the appropriate event.
8. Over-60s events: Both players must be over 60 years of age on the day of the event.
9. Partner changes: Replacement partners must meet the event’s rating and age requirements. All substitutions must be approved by We Do Pickleball before the event.
10. DUPR results: Both players must provide their DUPR details. Match results will be submitted to DUPR.
11. Prizes: Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in the main competition.
12. Fair play: Players must follow the event rules and staff instructions, respect opponents and help maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
