Your Calling Deserves More Than a Rushed Decision

Choosing a place for theological education, prophetic leadership development, or ministry formation is an important decision.

You want more than compelling teaching. You want to understand the biblical foundations, formation philosophy, educational expectations, and community that will shape your experience.

At PureSpring Institute, we believe that formation precedes platform, character accompanies gifting, and prophetic ministry must strengthen the life and mission of the Church.

Our purpose is not to replace the formative responsibility of your local church. It is to serve the Church by helping believers and emerging leaders become better equipped, biblically grounded, spiritually mature, and responsible in the stewardship of their calling.

This Discovery Session gives you an opportunity to understand that commitment before deciding whether to enroll.

What You Will Discover

01 | The PureSpring Institute Vision

Learn about the Institute’s mission, apostolic-prophetic identity, educational philosophy, and commitment to forming leaders for a renewed Church.

Discover what distinguishes intentional prophetic leadership formation from attending an isolated class, conference, or ministry event.

02 | The School of Prophetic Leadership

Explore the School of Prophetic Leadership and its foundational learning framework, organized around five essential questions:

• • Who Am I Becoming?
  • How Do Prophetic Leaders Understand Reality?
  • How Do I Minister?
  • How Does Revelation Work?
  • How Do I Steward Authority Responsibly?

These questions shape a developmental journey from foundational identity and theological understanding toward responsible ministry practice, discernment, and leadership stewardship.

03 | Courses and Formation Opportunities

Discover how PureSpring’s courses integrate biblical foundations, theological reflection, guided learning, leadership development, and practical ministry formation.

Learn where to begin, how courses relate to one another, and what to consider when selecting your next learning experience.

04 | Certification and Continued Formation

Understand the distinction between taking an individual course and pursuing a broader formation pathway.

We will introduce the Certified Prophetic Practitioner (CPP) and Master Prophetic Practitioner (MPP) pathways, including their educational purposes, general structure, formation expectations, and intended outcomes.

05 | Your Questions and Next Steps

Receive guidance on course selection, enrollment procedures, available formation pathways, and the questions you should consider before making a commitment.

Our goal is to help you discern wisely—not pressure you into an immediate decision.

Who Should Attend?

This Discovery Session is especially appropriate for you if:

• • You are exploring PureSpring Institute for the first time.
  • You have participated in a PureSpring course, masterclass, or ministry experience and want to continue growing.
  • You are considering SPL1000: Prophetic Leadership Principles as your starting point.
  • You want to understand the CPP or MPP formation pathways before applying or enrolling.
  • You are a pastor, emerging ministry leader, intercessor, prophetic practitioner, or believer seeking deeper preparation.
  • You want to ask questions directly before committing your time and financial resources.
  • You are discerning whether this is the right season for structured theological and prophetic leadership formation.

No previous prophetic ministry training is required.

You also do not need to have attended our Signature Masterclass to participate.

Your 60-Minute Discovery Experience

This is a live, guided conversation rather than a traditional classroom lecture.

During our time together, you will have the opportunity to:

• • Explore the mission, vision, and formation philosophy of PureSpring Institute.
  • Discover available courses, certification pathways, educational expectations, and the student experience.
  • Ask meaningful questions about where to begin, how to prepare, and what continued formation involves.
  • Discern whether PureSpring Institute aligns with your present calling, responsibilities, and season of growth.

We will conclude with practical guidance on enrollment and possible next steps.

Meet the Founder

Pastor Kathleen S. Verna

Founder & President, PureSpring Institute

Pastor Kathleen S. Verna is an apostolic-prophetic ministry leader, theological educator, curriculum designer, and leadership formation practitioner.

She founded PureSpring Institute in 2007 with a commitment to preparing believers and ministry leaders through intentional biblical education, spiritual formation, and practical ministry development.

She also serves as Co-Senior Pastor of CrossTown Church International in Boston, Massachusetts.

Her approach to leadership formation brings together biblical and theological study, Christlike character development, discernment, practical ministry preparation, and responsible stewardship of spiritual authority.

During the Discovery Session, you will have an opportunity to hear the vision behind PureSpring Institute and consider how its educational pathways may support your development.

Find Your Next Step

Your journey does not have to look like someone else’s.

Some participants may be ready to begin with a foundational course.

Others may be seeking a longer-term formation pathway, returning for advanced learning, or simply gathering the information needed to discern their next season.

Wherever you are in that process, our invitation is the same:

Come explore the possibilities. Ask your questions. Understand the commitments. Discern your next step.

Attending this Discovery Session does not obligate you to enroll in PureSpring Institute.
