Prophetic Gifting Is Not the Same as Prophetic Maturity
You may recognize the activity of the Holy Spirit in your life. You may have experienced prophetic dreams, spiritual impressions, heightened discernment, or a growing sense of responsibility to strengthen others.
But recognizing a gift does not automatically prepare someone to steward it.
Mature prophetic leadership requires a life increasingly shaped by Scripture, Christlike character, spiritual discernment, humility, accountability, and faithful service.
The question is not merely:
What can I perceive prophetically?
A more foundational question is:
Who am I becoming as God prepares me to serve His purposes?
This is where prophetic leadership formation begins.

During this 90-minute Signature Masterclass, we will consider five essential dimensions of prophetic leadership.
01 | The Identity of a Prophetic Leader
Explore the difference between prophetic gifting, prophetic function, and mature prophetic leadership—and why identity in Christ must remain foundational.
02 | Formation Before Platform
Discover why spiritual character, integrity, humility, and accountability are essential to the responsible exercise of spiritual gifts and influence.
03 | The Foundations of Prophetic Discernment
Consider how Scripture, spiritual maturity, wise evaluation, and Christian community help shape responsible discernment.
04 | Revelation, Responsibility, and Stewardship
Examine why receiving an impression does not automatically establish its meaning, timing, or appropriate application—and why prophetic ministry requires wisdom and love.
05 | Prophetic Leadership in Service to the Church
Understand how mature prophetic ministry can strengthen believers, encourage faithful discipleship, equip leaders, and contribute to the Church’s mission.
Our governing conviction: Revelation is not given merely to elevate an individual. It must be stewarded in ways that honor Christ and strengthen His Church.

No previous prophetic ministry training is required.

Your Masterclass Experience
This is a focused, live instructional experience that integrates biblical teaching, theological reflection, practical leadership insights, and opportunities for personal application.
Participants will be invited to consider three important questions:
1. What is God developing in my character?
2. What must mature in my discernment?
3. How can my calling more faithfully serve the Church?
The experience will conclude with an introduction to opportunities for continued formation through PureSpring Institute.

Founder & President, PureSpring Institute
Pastor Kathleen S. Verna is an apostolic-prophetic ministry leader, theological educator, curriculum designer, and leadership formation practitioner.
As Founder and President of PureSpring Institute, established in 2007, she has devoted her work to developing educational and formative pathways that equip believers and ministry leaders for mature, responsible, and effective service.
She also serves as Co-Senior Pastor of CrossTown Church International in Boston, Massachusetts. Her instructional approach integrates biblical and theological foundations, spiritual formation, organizational leadership, practical ministry development, and responsible stewardship of spiritual authority.
Through The Making of a Prophetic Leader, she invites participants to move beyond the pursuit of prophetic experiences toward the deeper work of becoming faithful, discerning, and Christlike leaders.
