Vertical Training Systems

USPA Rating Requirements
This is a USPA Coach Rating Course conducted by Vertical Training Systems. Candidates must satisfy all applicable USPA eligibility and prerequisite requirements. Official candidate information, prerequisite verification, and rating documentation will be managed through USPA's Online Course Management (OCM) system.

Mandatory Preliminary Meeting: Thursday, April 8, 2027, from 6:00–6:30 PM Eastern via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Meeting details will be provided to registered candidates.

Registration Fee: $350. Full payment is required to reserve a seat. Payment does not waive USPA eligibility or course completion requirements.

VTS Rating Course Refund and Completion Policy

Refunds: Course fees are 100% refundable if a candidate does not begin the course, regardless of reason.

Course Commencement: Once a candidate begins the course, the registration fee is considered applied and is nonrefundable.

Ground Training: If the ground portion of a course cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, the candidate may repeat the ground portion at a subsequent course without an additional course fee.

Air Evaluations: Air evaluations are conducted during the published course dates. Any incomplete or unsuccessful air evaluations may be completed on a mutually agreed-upon makeup or retest date arranged with the examiner.

Completion Period: Candidates have one year from the original course start date to complete all course requirements.
