Open to all experience levels, this class is designed for complete beginners, experienced improvisers curious about longform, or anyone looking to strengthen their scene work and refresh the fundamentals.

Unlike our core introductory class which is focused on short form and improv games, Intro to Longform Improv focuses on building complete scenes, characters, relationships, and stories from nothing. You’ll explore Yes, And, Base Reality, the First Unusual Thing, Game of the Scene, Tap Outs, Wipes, and other longform techniques and edits while learning to trust your instincts and create collaboratively.

Come meet new people, get creative, make each other laugh, and discover what happens when you stop worrying about what comes next and start building it together.

No experience required. Just come ready to create, connect, and play.

The 8-week course concludes with an optional Week 9 live showcase!
