Collective leadership: how capable leaders become an effective leadership team
Join The Coaching Psychology Network for our monthly continuing professional development session.
This month, Dr Marie Stopforth will deliver a webinar on Collective Leadership: How capable leaders become an effective leadership team.
Organisations bring senior leaders together because no one person has all the answers. But individual capability doesn't automatically become collective effectiveness.
In this webinar, we’ll explore collective leadership: how senior leaders think, decide and act together in the interests of the organisation as a whole. We’ll consider why talent alone is not enough, and what helps a team integrate different perspectives, make decisions and coordinate action.
Dr Marie Stopforth will introduce a developing model of collective leadership, from making sense of a situation together through to learning and adapting. We’ll also look at a question that can guide work with leadership teams: what does this team need to accomplish together?
This session is for coaching psychologists, coaches and others interested in the effectiveness of senior leadership teams. It offers a concise introduction to the thinking and a practical lens to take into your work.
This event is free to members of The Coaching Psychology Network. Just visit www.thecoachingpsychologynetwork.com and log in or join.
