Welcome to the Ball BOE Training Pathway
At Ball, excellence is achieved through the commitment, capability, and continuous development of our people. The Ball Behaviour of Excellence (BOE) Training Pathway has been designed to provide employees with the knowledge, skills, and practical tools needed to support operational excellence, safety, quality, and performance across the business.
Throughout this training journey, participants will develop a clear understanding of BOE principles and learn how they contribute to creating a safer workplace, improving teamwork, reducing waste, and driving continuous improvement. The pathway combines theory, practical application, and real-world examples to ensure learning can be immediately applied within daily operations.
By completing this programme, employees will be better equipped to identify opportunities for improvement, support site objectives, and contribute to Ball's vision of delivering excellence in every can.
