New Year, New Intentions

A Creative Vision Board & Wellbeing Workshop | 2 hours

A new year brings new opportunities, fresh beginnings and the chance to focus on what really matters to us.

Join us for a relaxed, uplifting and inspiring workshop designed to help you start the year with a positive mindset, set your intentions and think about what you'd really like to achieve over the next 12 months.

Surrounded by like-minded women, we'll take some time out from the busyness of everyday life to reflect, dream a little and focus on what makes us happy, what we'd like to change and what we'd love to make happen.

Whether you've got big ambitions or simply want to make more time for the little things that bring you joy, this workshop is all about looking forward, embracing new possibilities and putting yourself first.

During this session, we'll explore:

  • Setting positive intentions: Thinking about what we'd like the year ahead to look and feel like, and what we'd love to achieve.
  • Making time for ourselves: Exploring how we can create more space for the things we enjoy, whether that's hobbies, friendships, relaxation or simply slowing down.
  • Health, happiness and wellbeing: Considering small, positive changes that could help us feel healthier, happier and more fulfilled.
  • Dreams, adventures and new experiences: From places we'd love to visit and new skills we'd like to learn, to stepping outside our comfort zones and trying something completely different.
  • Finding our freedom: What would make life feel a little easier or more enjoyable? Perhaps it's getting on top of our finances, having more confidence, freeing up time or finally doing something we've always wanted to do.
  • The power of positivity and connection: How surrounding ourselves with supportive, like-minded people and focusing on what we want can help us feel motivated and inspired.

Creating Our Vision Boards ❤️

We'll then bring our thoughts, dreams and intentions to life by creating our very own 2027 Vision Board.

Using images, words, colours, inspirational quotes and collage, we'll create a visual representation of the things we'd love to welcome into our lives over the coming year.

Your vision board might include:

  1. Places I'd love to go – holidays, adventures, days out or somewhere I've always dreamed of visiting.
  2. Things I'd love to do – new hobbies, experiences, challenges or something I've been putting off.
  3. How I want to feel – happier, healthier, calmer, more confident, more adventurous or simply more content.
  4. Things I'd like to change – creating better habits, improving my finances, finding more balance or making more time for myself.
  5. People and things that bring me joy – friendships, family, passions and the little things that make life special.

There are no rules, no right or wrong answers and absolutely no pressure to set huge goals. Your vision board is completely personal to you, reflecting whatever happiness, success and fulfilment mean in your own life.

We'll finish by thinking about one small step we can take towards making our intentions a reality, reminding ourselves that even the biggest dreams often begin with the smallest changes.

Everyone will take home their own vision board, something positive and inspiring to display somewhere prominent at home, revisit throughout the year and celebrate as those hopes, dreams and intentions begin to become reality.

More than anything, this workshop is about taking two hours just for you. A chance to pause, look forward with optimism, enjoy some creativity and leave feeling inspired, motivated and excited about the year ahead.

A new year, a fresh perspective and a little reminder that it's never too late to try something new, make a change or follow a dream. ❤️
