Stress Relief: Move Your Mood

Thu, 5 Nov 2026, 15:30–16:30 CET
Building JK, Room 2.70, Roeterseilandcampus, Nieuwe Achtergracht 184, Amsterdam Map

Running is an accessible way to support your mental and physical well-being through regular, gentle exercise. To participate in this Stress Relief workshop you don’t need to be an experienced runner. It’s not about speed or performance, but about moving at a relaxed pace and discovering what physical activity can do for you.

Running towards Well-Being

Regular outdoor exercise can help with low mood, stress and low energy. It can boost your energy, improve your mood and help you feel calmer. Running therapy can be an alternative or a complement to talking with a psychologist.

The aim of this session is to experience how physical activity can support your well-being and help you cope with stress.
