Coding Lab

What if your ideas could become a comic in under two hours? In this hands-on workshop, students will be introduced to Artificial Intelligence and explore how different AI tools can bring their creative ideas to life. Harnessing the power of Generative AI, participants will learn the fundamentals of prompt engineering to brainstorm plotlines, craft dialogue, and generate stunning visuals - transforming text ideas into finished comic panels in under two hours without needing advanced drawing skills.

Beyond creating their own AI-generated comics, students will also explore the advantages and limitations of AI. This offers a valuable foundation in future-ready tech literacy, teaching them how to harness these tools thoughtfully as a creative partner rather than relying on them as a shortcut.

Key Concepts Covered: Generative AI Fundamentals, Task Decomposition, Prompt Engineering, AI Ethics & Evaluation
