Access to a computer, webcam and strong internet connection is needed in order to participate and complete this course. Enrolled students will be emailed a link to the virtual classroom and the student materials the day before the course start date.

This elective course, Love It And List It, provides 4-hours of CE elective credit.
Course description:
You’ve probably heard about the current lack of inventory in the housing market. Connecting buyers with motivated sellers in a low inventory market is a challenge, but there are solutions. This course is designed to equip agents with tools and guidance on how to prepare an effective listing presentation. Licensees will also learn the entire process of listing a property and seller representation. There will be discussions on how to handle objections and current and effective ways of marketing the listed property. Planning and execution, mutually aligned with the right mindset, will drive you ahead of the competition. This course will make you Love to List!

Please note the following important CE guidelines:

Licensees must complete eight (8) hours per year of continuing education (CE) in order to renew your license on active status. Four (4) of the required CE credit hours must be obtained by completing the Mandatory Update course. The Mandatory Update (GENUP) course or the BIC Annual Review (BICAR, BIC status only) can be taken in a classroom or as a live online virtual class.

The remaining four (4) CE credit hours may be obtained by taking an elective course in the classroom or online. Please see our schedule at www.goschool.biz for a complete list of online and in-person elective courses (NCREC approved) that will fulfill this remaining 4 hour CE requirement.

Students may roll over a maximum of 4 elective credit hours to the following year.

Licensees must attend at least 90% of a CE course and comply with student participating standards in order to receive credit for the course.

Upon completing the class, you will receive a Certificate of Completion for your records. Go School will report the course completion to the NCREC within 7 days. You do not need to take any action to report the completion to the NCREC.

CE course enrollments are non-refundable. Transferring to another course is allowed as long as the request to do so is made prior to either course start date.
