The class will consist of three weekly two hour lectures with a follow up practicum which includes time for questions, sharing experiences, and a meditation/empowerment.

Lecture 1: Basic Reiki 1 Online + History of Reiki Practicum: Student Intro& first experiences, Mt Kurama with Usui Meditation

Lecture 2: Reiki Explorer Techniques + Theory of Reiki Practicum: Reiki Techniques results: Reiki Undoe Standing Empowerment

Lecture 3: Reiki Sessions in depth + Science of Reiki Practicum: Reiki Sessions Results : Temple of Healing Empowerment

Reiki explorer has re-envisioned the Reiki 1 class, adding extra empowerments, and class material. Intended for those new to Reiki
there is enough additional class material to intrigue experienced practitioners. Class to be offered on ZOOM
