During the pandemic and natural disasters of fires and floods, this training has become an essential in ensuring our own wellbeing is maintained under such challenging times.

Overarching theme for the day “What can l do for myself, what can l do for others, what can others do for me?” Wellbeing doesn’t happen in isolation but through relationships and interactions. Self Care – taking personal responsibility for wellbeing. The training covers self-care and personal responsibility for wellbeing and then looks at staff wellbeing across teams and staff wellbeing across the organization/school.
