Life can be demanding, and it is likely that someone you know is affected by a mental health issue. Join Sandra Shaklan, Cigna's Innovation Lead on Workplace Well-being for a session that will discuss mental health concerns and will offer resources to assist you in your interactions with others around you—family, friends, students, and colleagues. This event is open to all faculty and is sponsored by the Office of the Provost, the Office of Health Promotion, the Office of Human Resources, and the Faculty Hub.

There are three options for this event on 3/31: 9:00-10:00 a.m. ; 10:30-11:30 a.m. ; or 12:00-1:00pm. Please indicate which session you plan to attend on the sign up form.
