In this interactive training, we will discuss different topics that all have to do with healthy (dating) relationships: how do you recognize unhealthy signs, the impact of (low) self-esteem on your relationship, the importance of communication, and setting healthy boundaries. Together we will practice different skills that you can use to improve healthy relationships.

We count on you to attend all meetings. This is important for your own process and the group process. If you cannot attend all the meetings, see if another training series or group might be a better fit.
