Woodworking is a workshop to introduce people to creating structures mainly out of wood and other readily available materials with the goal to give you pragmatic fundamentals of building and an introduction to hand and power tools. Wood is from trees. So we will learn about properties of wood, practical skills in joinery, and get introduced to hardware, while also holding conversations about sourcing materials wisely and thinking of our impact as makers.
