Sacred Feminine Breath & Sound Meditation

Kym will use some guided meditation and breathwork techniques to lead you in to this sound healing meditation with the rising feminine enrgy as the theme.

We will then voyage into a unique sound journey with Tibetan and crystal bowls, gongs, harmonium, flute, chimes, medicine drum, rain stick, rattle, the voice and more to ease you into a relaxed and meditative state. Here, you can allow the healing vibrations to do their work as you soak up the powerful sounds and truly drop away. As you drop into deep rest, the nervous system can re-set as you go beyond the logic mind and into your dive into your subconscious and a deep state of joy and bliss - clearing and cleansing out that which not serving your highest good and truly raising your frequency to attract even higher vibrations into your life.
