Allow your Mind, Body and Soul the Time & S P A C E to S L O W D O W N and come back into balance and harmony.

A deeply nurturing and Restorative Yoga practice to regulate the nervous system and bring yourself into greater ease, calm and peace.

During the practice we will flow through some gentle movement allowing the body to shift and release any tension and tightness then dropping into some longer held Restorative poses providing the whole body and mind the opportunity to deeply Rest, Relax and Restore.

We end the practice with a guided Meditation or Yoga Nidra to cultivate inner peace and stillness which you can take with you into your day.

We will then sip tea and enjoy some yummy healthy treats to seal in the goodness and an opportunity to share anything that may have have come up for you: conversation, community and connection.

All yoga props are provided and no prior yoga experience is necessary.

These mini retreats are suitable for both men and women.

Upon booking and participating in this retreat, you agree and understand that:

each class requires a minimum of 5 people. If less are booked the session may be cancelled - rescheduled or refunded.
yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension.
as is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated.
you will not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain. If you experience any pain or discomfort, you will listen to your body, adjust the posture and ask for support from the teacher.
yoga is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and not safe under certain medical conditions.
you alone are responsible to decide whether to practice yoga and that you have consulted your doctor where necessary.
it is your responsibility to notify the teacher of any condition or injury before every yoga class.
you agree to abide by all the COVID-19 regulations when you visit the space.
your name and email are added to the mailing list of Salamba with Sabrina.
you accept that the teacher is not liable for any injury or damages to person or property, resulting from the taking of the session. You hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that you have now or hereafter may have against Salamba with Sabrina.
