A Community Health Program Series.

Are you aged 55+ and looking to learn and connect with your peers? Join Seniors Together!

Program sessions will cover topics including mental and physical health, exercise, nutrition, gardening, financial and digital literacy, art and photography, as well as fun, social engagement opportunities.

January 30 – Digital Literacy 101:

Learn the basics to digital literacy through one-on-one coaching.

February 6 – Dance Together:

Improve your mood and support health aging through movement.

February 13 – Photography:

Show the world your perspective through the power of photography.

February 20 – Digital Literacy & Fraud Prevention:

Learn how to fight back against new and reoccurring digital frauds and scams by applying cyber security online.

February 27 – Financial Literacy:

Develop and advance your financial security in making the most of how your money can work for you.
