In this 4-part series, we will be focusing on topics to help us understand and apply NVC more deeply and effectively in our lives.

I've often been asked the question, "NVC is great, but how do I really DO it, how do I start to apply it in real life?".

This series is for anyone who might resonate with this question, or for anyone with a basic understanding of NVC and a longing to "go deeper" in learning, embodying, or understanding the process.

The topics that we will explore in this series have been instrumental in my own journey to "live NVC".

In September, we will explore the Beauty of Needs.
In October, we will look at Self Empathy.
In November, we will dive into the topic of 'Honesty: getting clear on my truth before I express it'.
December's topic will be Navigating/ Transforming Difficult Interactions.
