The course runs over six weeks, with live sessions every Wednesday from 2 PM - 4 PM on the following dates:

First Session: Wednesday 4th December
Wednesday 11th December
Wednesday 18th December

We will then break for 2 weeks over the christmas holidays and commence training on;

Wednesday 8th January
Wednesday 15th January
Final session: Wednesday 22nd January
