Dance Movement
Dance Movement refers to the actions of the dancers. These actions refer
to any use of any muscle to create a visual display.

From Brant Broom – Instructor:

For all my classes you should wear loose clothing allowing for movement and fitting shoes with enclosed backs, no slide in slippers or clogs. Also no rubber sole shoes as they will stick to surface and not allow proper movement.

Also, please have some water near by to keep hydrated. Feel free to sit or rest during an exercise if you feel weak or over heated. Most of all have fun.

For Dance Movement class, Jazz or character shoes are recommended, also ballet slippers or barefooted will work as well.
