Are you feeling anxious during this time of the year? Have recent events caused you to feel extra stress?

Then join me at Radiate Art Space on Wednesday evenings from 7:00pm to 8:30 to relax, make some art and also do some journal writing.

Art-making and writing can be wonderful ways of releasing pent-up energy during these anxious times.

You don’t need to be an artist or writer, just be open to the power of self-expression.

My background is in teaching art-making and counseling and I will help you through the process of using these tools as means of expressing your thoughts and emotions. You do not need to share your work with anyone during our time together unless you wish. The space will be considered private and definitely judgement free.

There is no cost, but we do ask for a voluntary donation for supplies. You can always bring your own art-making supplies as well.
