Our ‘Yes, Let’s’ improv class embraces the power of affirmative living, helping you unlock your potential for growth and connection in a supportive environment. This 6-week Functional Improv® course aims to enhance your openness to life, boost your ability to seize opportunities, and amplify your capacity for positive change, all within an engaging and dynamic setting.

As noted by improv expert Kelly Leonard, “The fundamental principle of improvisation is to say ‘yes’ to the reality that is presented to you” (Leonard & Yorton, 2015). Improv for Anxiety and Social Skills

Recent research has shown that improv training can significantly reduce discomfort with uncertainty, a common trait of social anxiety and depression[2].
