NO GONG - Breath & Sound Journey

Kym will guide you through some simple but powerful breathing techniques to help you access and connect more deeply to your breath. Here we practice using the breath to get out of our busy brains and drop more deeply into meditation. We then move into a fully guided conscious connected breathing experience.

This sets you up for a deep dive into the voyage of the unique sound journey to follow. The sound meditation includes Tibetan and crystal bowls, gentle gongs (or none at all), harmonium, flute, chimes, medicine drum, rain stick, rattle, the voice and more to ease you into a relaxed and deep meditative state. Here, you can allow the healing vibrations to do their work as you soak up the powerful sounds and truly drop away. As you drop into deep rest, the nervous system can re-set as you go beyond the logic mind and dive into your subconscious and a deep state of joy and bliss - clearing and cleansing out that which is not serving your highest good and truly raising your frequency to attract even higher vibrations into your life.

Breathing techniques and Sound meditations are great for beginners to meditation - as they tend to be active enough to give your busy mind something to focus on while simultaneously creating and holding space for you to drop deeper into a meditative state without years of practice. Magnify this with the power of the full moon and crystal energy and top it off with sharing in a cup of warm chai.

DOORS CLOSE AT 6PM - Please arrive early and settle in by 6pm - in respect to others and starting on time.

2 Hour event : Be prepared to stay on for 15-30 mins to integrate, ground and connect with others over your experience. Often it is how you come out the other side and integrate the work you have done that makes the difference.
