Course delivery is in-classroom, and can also be live streamed from a remote location as long as attendance is compliant with NYS requirements. This is not an asynchronous course, so students must be present locally or as a remote livestream student. This is NOT an asynchronous online course. The course final exam and NYS licensing exams must be taken in person.

Live streaming Terms: This is not an asynchronous course, so a student must be present in-classroom or as a remote livestream student. In-classroom students must sign in and out, while livestream students will check in and out upon arrival and departure. No more than 10% of total course hours can be missed as one of two qualifying conditions of satisfactory course completion; the second is a passing grade of 70% on the course exam. Compliance with attendance via livestream means live, on camera, with full face illuminated (no icons or photos), a functioning mic for purposes of asking questions or responding when called on, with students full name displayed (no nick-name, company or business name promoting a product, service, event, cause or political viewpoint in place of students personal name as it appears on an officially recognized legal form of IDENTIFICATION. Both in-classroom and livestream students must be in compliance with NYS attendance procedures and requirements. Casual Business dress code applies to all students. Cell phones are not approved devices for live streaming and recording of lecture presentations are prohibited by all unauthorized viewers and course participants. Students are not permitted to forward links of any kind that are specifically intended for a registered student, either to another student or anyone else. Each student will be recognized by ONE email while accessing course files for security purposes; all other requests will be denied. Recordings or duplication of course lectures in print or digital format, are prohibited by all viewers or course participants.
