Course Description:

This engaging and comprehensive course is designed for aspiring and current home inspectors seeking to deepen their understanding of the New York State (NYS) Standards of Practice (SOP). Over the duration of four modules, participants will be guided through the intricacies of the NYS SOP for Home Inspectors, inspection procedures, report writing skills, and the nuanced approach required for interpreting and reporting special cases. Through a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application, learners will emerge with the skills necessary to conduct thorough, accurate, and effective home inspections in compliance with NYS regulations.

The webinar will be a live course and/or run the same times as the classroom course.
