I understand that participating in any dance or exercise class, rehearsal, event, or recital, in-person or online, carries a risk of physical injury. Please ensure the activity suits your fitness level and health considerations. By joining our classes, you agree to participate at your own risk, assume all risks of injury, and release Maria Osende, her teachers, the dance studios, rehearsal, event, and performance venues from any claims or causes of action. Additionally, you agree not to hold the dance teacher, dance studios, rehearsal, event, and recital venues responsible for personal injury or personal item loss resulting from your participation in classes or events.
