Do you like biking? Do you like camping? Ever wonder how to combine the two? TWIG has got you covered! Come join us on April 9 (7-8:30pm) for a beginner bikepacking workshop.

In this workshop, we’ll talk about things like bag types, other gear, how to distribute weight, and handy DIY tips. Remember - the best bikepacking bike is the one you already have!

Feel free to bring your bikepacking setup or gear you want to discuss to the workshop for suggestions. There will be plenty of opportunity for Q&As.

This event is free and open to any TWIG community member (trans people, women, intersex and gender nonconforming folks). Please consider becoming a member of Durham Bike Co-op. Membership is one of the key ways we support the co-op and offer programs like this.

The Durham TWIG Bike Community (=trans, women, intersex, gender non-conforming) is a welcoming, inclusive, safe space for femme, trans, female, intersex, gender nonconforming and nonbinary people that exists to celebrate and promote bicycling, share biking skills, and grow the TWIG bicycling community in Durham through rides, shop/repair nights and other events.
