Join us for introduction to Acro Yoga, a structured class that focuses on holding a safe space for physical touch and lifting others.

This lesson will teach body mechanics, progressions, and spotting techniques to ensure safety. We will also cover the basic elements of a few fundamental skills.

This class does not require a partner. It does not require you to have more flexibility or more strength.

We are here to challenge any other limiting beliefs the brain can create that will prevent you from trying Acro Yoga. All ages, shapes, sizes, color, and gender are welcome to this class.
