Sacred Sound & Stillness: A Community Sound Bathing and Labyrinth Journey

Take a break from the buzz of everyday life and reconnect with your inner rhythm in this one-of-a-kind 90-minute immersive experience workshop that blends the deep relaxation of sound healing with the contemplative art of labyrinth walking.

Artists, students, and community members of all backgrounds are invited to explore the creative intersection of sound, movement, and mindfulness. We’ll begin with a gentle introduction and intention-setting, followed by a grounding sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. As the sound vibrations guide you inward, you’ll be invited to engage with a classical labyrinth through walking or using a handheld labyrinth, walking a contemplative path that encourages mindfulness, release, insight, and peace.

This event is perfect for anyone curious about holistic wellness, creativity, or simply looking for a moment of calm. Whether you're a stressed-out student, a local artist, or someone seeking a new experience, you'll find something meaningful in this collective journey.

What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat or blanket to lie on, a water bottle, and an open heart.
