AGES: 18+

60-minute Vinyasa Yoga. Great for both beginners and advanced students. Includes breathing techniques, basic poses, and short meditation practice. Dress for movement.

Participants must supply their own yoga mat, 3-inch block, strap, soft POOF (Nerf) football, and pillow or towel.

No class the week of Thanksgiving
