Breaks will be structured into the day, and we will focus on practicing the concepts that we explore.

This session offers new tools (or a refresher) for remaining connected to ourselves and others, even in challenging situations. Participants learn and practice together with others who are also on a journey towards more heart-centered authenticity, connection, growth, and learning.
