In an interactive workshop, you will learn strategies for addressing performance problems, delegating tasks, managing your time efficiently, and helping your team members boost performance to reach goals.

Day 1 Personal Leadership

With a deep dive into personal leadership styles and tendencies, you will learn how to achieve effective and meaningful organizational results and recognize human potential.

Day 2 Leading Teams

Identify processes to solve challenging problems, apply decision making techniques to involve teams, and gain input. Practice these skills with real-life case studies from the health care work environment.

Day 3 Boosting Performance

The final day of the program is all about equipping you as a manager to define performance standards, delegate effectively, manage burnout, and provide feedback and coaching to your team.
