Хотите пожаловаться на свою вторую половинку или опустились руки в поисках спутника жизни? Да или вы просто задолбались и вам хочется банально поныть о своих проблемах? Тогда это шоу для вас! Комики помогут посмеяться над проблемой, а психолог даст дельные рекомендации. Может быть, мы и не найдём идеального решения, но у вас будет возможность послушать чужие проблемы и понять, что ваша жизнь еще не так плоха. Не держи в себе - ной мне еще!

Алиса Прокопчук - Психолог и ICF-коуч с международным опытом. Работает в системном подходе, IFS, логотерапии, с метафорическими картами и кинокоучингом. Более 10 лет помогает людям и делится знаниями в своём блоге о психологии.

A comedy improv show with a therapeutic twist for the Russian-speaking community in Charlotte. On stage — three comedians and a psychologist.

Tired of the challenges of immigration? Is your boss driving you crazy with endless tasks, or are you still job-hunting and so frustrated you can’t take it anymore? Want to complain about your significant other — or feeling hopeless in finding one? Or maybe you’re just fed up and want to vent about your problems? Then this show is for you!

Comedians will help you laugh at your struggles, and a psychologist will offer practical advice. We might not find the perfect solution, but you’ll have the chance to hear other people’s stories and realize that your own life isn’t so bad after all.

Don’t keep it all inside — cry me a river.

Alisa Prokopchuk - Psychologist & ICF Coach with international experience. Works with systemic therapy, IFS, logotherapy, metaphorical cards, and cinema coaching. Over 10 years of helping people and sharing insights through her psychology blog.
