In this wānanga, participants will learn how to create and sustain their own space of āhuru within the body and mind. Through the teachings of Rongomamau, this session explores how self-healing arises from restoring harmony between thought, energy, and environment. It invites a return to self-trust and the remembering that you are both the healer and the healed.
