Course description

Red and Blue sessions don’t need to be stressful—in fact, they can be dynamic, engaging, and a key part of a player’s long-term development. This course will show you how to teach the formative skills that allow players aged 4 to 8 to play the game for a lifetime. By encouraging interactive play, you can be released from being a ball feeder and focus on high-quality coaching.

On the course, you’ll:

Break down the stages of rallying so that any player can experience success
Understand the key receiving skills that are vital at the Red and Blue stages
Learn options for organising groups effectively and how to work with Tennis Leaders and Assistants to enhance session quality
Learn how to develop spatial awareness, problem-solving, and social skills in players
