Join us for an 8-week program and take a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself through immersive sound bath experiences. Designed to promote deep relaxation, each session combines soothing tones from crystal singing bowls and chimes to calm the mind and restore inner balance. Allow sound and breath to guide you toward renewal.

No prior experience is necessary. Just come as you are, wear comfortable clothing and prepare to relax and revive.

Participants are encouraged to yoga mat, blanket, pillow and a water bottle.

Cancellation Policy:

14+ days notice: Full refund minus $10 admin fee
13 days or less: No refund

Registration Policy:

Waiver forms: Participants must complete and submit a waiver form.

Consent forms: Participants under 16 require a parent or guardian’s consent to sign in and out RCA programs

Note: Forms will be emailed upon registration and available at the RCA on the first day of the program
