Join us for an 8-week program and take a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself through immersive sound bath experiences. Designed to promote deep relaxation, each session combines soothing tones from crystal singing bowls and chimes to calm the mind and restore inner balance. Allow sound and breath to guide you toward renewal.

No prior experience is necessary. Just come as you are, wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and or blanket and prepare to relax and revive.

Participants are encouraged to yoga mat, bring blanket, pillow and a water bottle.
