Join us for an 8-week course exploring deep integrative somatic practices that blend gentle Qigong movement, acupressure, and Yoga Nidra with the immersive vibrations of Tibetan bowls and gong soundscapes.

Through a somatic lens, this program guides participants in exploring the body's felt sense, gently identifying areas of tension or discomfort, inviting breath and space into them, and nurturing zones of flow and ease. The soundscape fosters balance between relaxation and challenge, helping to widen your window of tolerance and strengthen emotional resilience.

Each session includes dedicated time for group sharing and reflection to support integration of your experience.

What to bring: comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and a water bottle.

Accessibility: chairs are available for those with mobility needs.

Note: no class on February 14 due to the Family Day weekend.
