In this session, you’ll learn a way to:

Turn regret or disappointment into clarity and insight, without self-criticism
Understand your true motivations and what may have held you back before
Generate multiple creative strategies to meet your needs and goals
Choose the strategy (or combination) that fits your life, priorities, and values
Make a doable, motivating resolution instead of a shame-based demand for action
