Step into the deep, restorative currents of Winter, guided by the wisdom of the Water Element. In Lorie Eve Dechar’s Five Spirits framework, Water governs the kidneys and bladder, the seat of our essence (Jing), willpower, and life force. Winter invites us to draw inward, conserve energy, and cultivate stillness, honoring the subtle intelligence of our body and spirit.

We will begin with a guided meditation, attuning to Water’s qualities: depth, reflection, and receptivity. From there, we’ll move into discussion and exploration, noticing how this season and element show up in your life, your sessions, and your clinical practice.

Through observation, reflection, and dialogue, you’ll learn to recognize Water’s patterns and apply protocols to support restoration, resilience, and inner clarity.
