Each month we’ll gather to focus on one practical skill that increases understanding, connection, and collaboration, specifically tailored to the high stakes and nuances of romantic relationships.

Designed for couples of all backgrounds, stages, and orientations, each session introduces an essential relationship skill followed by guided exercises you’ll practice together and with the group. Each time, you and your partner will leave with new ways to deepen your connection and strengthen your resilience.

What to Expect

Every gathering follows a consistent structure: a concise introduction to the topic, followed by exercises and activities with opportunities to share experiences.

Who the Practice Group Is For

This practice group is intended for partners in a romantic relationship.
All experience levels in Compassionate Communication (Nonviolent Communication or NVC) are welcome - from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners.
All gender identities, gender expressions, and sexual orientations are welcomed.

This group is designed for couples who want to:
