The Needfulness Practice Group is a weekly learning and practice series focused on the life-changing skill of Needs Consciousness - recognizing, naming, and responding to our universal human needs to enrich our lives, invite greater interdependence, and connect more deeply with others.

Understanding our feelings, choices, and actions through the powerful lens of Needs is transformative - leading to greater self-connection, flexibility, and groundedness.

Over the arc of these sessions, we’ll explore what matters most to each of us using a variety of approaches designed to build ongoing awareness. Each time we’ll practice one of many ways to return to the fundamental questions of living and thriving:

What matters most to me?
What do I want? Why is it important to me?
What am I celebrating?
What fills me up?

We’ll draw on the real content of our lives to (i) foster immediate & relevant self-connection and clarity, while also (ii) deepening the fundamental skills that will support us well into the future.

Each weekly session blends a concise offering, guided exploration, small-group exercises, and real-life integration so you can apply what you learn between sessions.

Who This Practice Group Is For

This practice group is intended for anyone who wants to live with greater self-connection, choice, resilience, and flexibility.

All levels of experience in Compassionate Communication (Nonviolent Communication or NVC) are welcome, from beginners with no experience to seasoned practitioners.
