✨ A Beautiful Mindfulness and Yoga Experience for Young Children

Children move through their days carrying a rich landscape of emotions — moments of wonder, curiosity, joy, frustration, and the occasional overwhelm they are still learning to name. Our Yoga & Mindfulness Program offers a beautifully intentional space where they can pause, breathe, and return to a sense of inner steadiness. Through gentle movement, imaginative experiences, and mindful breathwork, children learn to feel grounded, confident, and more connected to themselves and others

Each week, children step into immersive story-based worlds thoughtfully designed to nurture emotional regulation, creativity, and calm. These journeys transform mindfulness into something tangible, enchanting, and developmentally meaningful.

🐻 Cozy Cabin with Bear

A serene winter landscape invites children to breathe in warm “cocoa air,” walk beside Bear through quiet forests, and discover the comfort and clarity that come from stillness.

🐛 Caterpillar’s Garden

A luminous garden adventure where little ones curl like tiny caterpillars, stretch elegantly toward the sun, flutter like butterflies, and practice soft rainbow breathing beneath shimmering leaves.

These signature stories are complemented by:

🐱 Expressive, animal-inspired yoga sequences
🌈 Activities that foster connection and teamwork
🌳 Thoughtfully selected sensory tools that support focus and emotional grounding
🎶 Music, rhythm, and gentle breath practices designed to soothe and uplift

Together, these elements help children:

navigate emotions with greater understanding and ease
develop early self-regulation and calming strategies
strengthen attention, coordination, and body awareness
build resilience, empathy, and confidence
carry accessible practices into their daily routines

These sessions are more than movement—they are foundational experiences in emotional well-being.

💰 Tuition

$330 per student for the full semester
Includes all weekly sessions, yoga mats, props, and mindfulness materials.

A water bottle — all materials will be provided.
