Sacred Sound & Stillness: A Community Sound Bath and Labyrinth Journey

Take a peaceful pause from the holiday rush and reconnect with your inner rhythm. This immersive experience blends the deep relaxation of a sound bath with the meditative practice of labyrinth walking.

Enjoy soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments as you journey through a classical or handheld labyrinth—an opportunity to release stress, find insight, and restore calm.

Open to all—no prior experience needed.

What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, yoga mat or blanket, water bottle, and an open heart.

Scholarship opportunities are available to give residents of all ages the opportunity to participate in programs at the Oxford Community Arts Center. Under the program, up to 50% matching scholarships are available through a generous grant from the Kiwanis Club of Oxford.
