As the longest night of the year arrives, we invite you into a space of quiet, grounding, and renewal. In this special Winter Solstice offering, Andrea and Kara come together to guide a practice that honors both movement and stillness, balancing the gentle strength of Hatha Yoga with the deep rest of Restorative work.

This 90-minute class is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your breath, and soften into the season’s natural pause. Through mindful postures, supported holds, and intentional transitions, you’ll have the opportunity to release the weight of the year and make space for clarity, warmth, and inner light.

All bodies and experience levels are welcome. This is a space to listen inward, move with intention, and practice care for yourself as we cross the threshold into winter.
