Young children experience the world with full hearts — their days filled with wonder, play, big feelings, and endless discoveries. Our Yoga & Mindfulness Program creates a warm, magical space where those feelings can be explored with calm, confidence, and joy. 💛

Each 30-minute session becomes an imaginative adventure where children breathe 🌿, move 🤸‍♀️, stretch, and travel through stories ✨ that help them feel grounded, centered, and emotionally supported. Through playful movement and mindful moments, they learn essential tools that nurture resilience, focus, and a strong sense of inner calm.

🌱 A Magical Mindfulness Journey for Early Childhood

Mindfulness becomes truly meaningful for young learners when wrapped in imagination and sensory exploration. Each week, children step into story-worlds that help them learn emotional regulation in the sweetest, most natural way.

🐻 Cozy Cabin with Bear

Children join Bear on a peaceful winter walk through a snowy forest, breathing in warm “hot cocoa air,” listening to the quiet wind, and resting as soft snowflakes fall around them. This comforting journey teaches little ones how to slow down, soothe their senses, and find stillness in their bodies.

🐛 Caterpillar’s Garden

In this whimsical garden adventure, children curl into tiny caterpillars, stretch tall toward the sun, flutter like butterflies, and practice rainbow breathing beneath shimmering leaves. Here, they learn how to expand their breath, regulate their emotions, and grow with curiosity and confidence.

Alongside these immersive stories, each class also includes:

🐱 Animal-inspired yoga poses that nurture balance, coordination & confidence
🌈 Parachute play that sparks joy, teamwork & social connection
🌳 Sensory props that support focus and emotional grounding
🎶 Music, movement & gentle breathwork that calm busy bodies and big feelings

These practices help children:

strengthen focus, curiosity, and body awareness 🎯

What may look like play is truly the beginning of a lifelong emotional toolkit.

🗓 Class Times by Age Group

18–24 months: 9:30–10:00 AM
3–5 years: 10:00–10:30 AM

💰 Tuition

$330 per student for the full semester ($65 per month)
Includes all weekly sessions, yoga mats, props, and mindfulness materials.

🎒 What to Bring

A water bottle — all other materials are provided.
