Wisdom of Women is a gentle, embodied journey for women who feel the quiet pull to slow down, soften, and reconnect with their body and inner rhythms.

This is a space to step away from the pressure to fix, push, or perform —

and to be held in safe, soulful sisterhood as you return to what your body already knows.

Beginning on the New Moon in March 2026, this six-week online immersion offers a nurturing container to reconnect with the wisdom that lives within you.

This journey will support you to:

• Reconnect with your body, womb, heart, and nervous system

• Cultivate safety, presence, and trust within yourself

• Understand your menstrual cycle, hormones, and energetic flow

• Live in rhythm with your natural cycles and inner seasons

• Honour the stages and transitions of womanhood

• Gently explore how lived experiences and emotions are held within the body

This is not about learning more information —

it is about remembering.

Course Flow – Seasons of Womanhood

Each week builds gently upon the last, allowing space for integration, rest, and embodiment.

Week 1 – Opening Ceremony

Setting intentions and creating a sacred, supportive container

Week 2 – Body Awareness

Somatic practices and embodiment through the energy centres

Week 3 – Heart Awakening

Cultivating compassion, connection, and emotional presence

Week 4 – Womb Wisdom

Listening deeply to the memory, stories, and wisdom held within the womb

Week 5 – Cycles & Archetypes

Exploring the Maiden, Mother, and Crone, hormones, cycles, and life transitions

Week 6 – Integration & Closing

Reflection, embodiment, and gentle celebration

Each week includes:
